Perfectly prepared steaks of excellent quality. We stayed in the apartment, comfortable box spring bed as new, everything clean and well-kept. Breakfast buffet with a very good price / performance ratio. And don't forget: the nimble and very warm staff. We would love to come back!

This time we had a 300g fillet steak with french fries, herb butter and baked cauliflower in the beer batter and a 200g rump steak with french fries, herb butter and baked cauliflower in the beer batter. Everything was ordered medium and arrived at the table that way. Service, taste and quality are top. I would recommend the steak house to anyone. Larger groups are also not a problem, so I was there with 10 people last year and everyone had their food as they ordered. The meals also came one after the other and not with long breaks, so that everyone could eat at the same time.

Top service by a friendly and professional staff. We enjoyed our food and time there. I would recommend making a phone reservation during weekends and holidays as it can get quite busy. (Even in this small city!) An English menu is available upon request.

My wife and I spent the weekend in the hotel and ate two nights in the restaurant. We loved it. We thoroughly enjoyed the soups, the Schnitzels and the Lamb roast. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the prices are very reasonable. We stayed in an apartment belonging to the hotel and that was spotless clean and very comfortable. Also the breakfast is nice and you can take your rime. Be sure to make a reservation for the restaurant as it is fully packed every evening, which is obviously also a good sign. We highly recommend this place !

Best restaurant in Clausthal ever. Ribs are impressive, very tasty, with homemade salad. Steak is also good. Service is super friendly. But must reservation for dinner normally one day before, for lunch you don't need.
